From 20 till 31 July GOODMAN steak house will celebrate the 114th birthday of burger.

The first burger was sold in July 1900 by American chef Louis Lessing in his hometown of New Haven. He put the minced meat cutlet between two round buns, and added sous and a leaf of lettuce. In this form burger has become a gastronomy symbol of the New World.

Some would say that the burger - it's easy. But we affirm it is an art. Branded GOODMAN’s burgers are prepared from selected minced meat, fried in a Spanish grille - josper.
