Master-class from Kevin Pani in The Strand Grill

In the recent five-star Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv held a master class from Kevin Pani - hotel chef baking and pastry.
The program of events has been the theoretical and practical part of the preparation of French desserts, a master opened the innermost secrets of sweet culinary dishes. Everyone could feel like a chef, standing at the workplace eminent chefs. Guests had the opportunity to cook the pasta Air France, which are a classic addition to coffee in expensive urban stores. The menu from chef also included such sweets as a hedgehog from the meringue all kinds of protein c cream and sorbet in a classic three variations, with natural chocolate and caramel.

During the master class followed by lunch in the Grill Restaurant The Strand Grill, recently opened at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv. Guests were invited to a business lunch menu, which included: three positions on the appetizer, three positions on the main course, and of course the famous dessert, Kevin Pani.
