In the kitchen "Givi Rubinstein" restaurant creates bold experiments. They takes the recipes of the Odessa region and culinary traditions of Georgia as a basis. The food menu of these two regions, both classic and derivatives thereof. The interior of the old vaulted brickwork Round Tower beaten with modern décor, creating a symbiosis of modernity and eternity. The cocktail menu only ten cocktails, but each one is special.
