Today, "Kozachok" - not just bright and dynamic chain of restaurants of ethnic Ukrainian cuisine, but also a national brand, whose mission is to revive, promote and develop the Ukrainian culture, customs and values.
The origins of the creation of the first restaurant originated in Sovskie ponds. In a festive Easter Sunday in 2000 there was a small tavern, which conceived the original had to work as a snack.
