The menu of restaurant includes the known dishes of Mediterranean cuisine – salads from cheeses and shrimps, dish from marine royal scallops, shrimps, squid, mussels, oysters, spiny lobsters, mutton and veal with the easiest sauces on the basis of olive oil. The chief-cook of restaurant developed the special grill-menu, dishes from which prepare on coals in the stove "Hosper".
