"100 rokiv tomu vpered" is a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine, where the chef and TV presenter Eugene Klopotenko are in charge of the cuisine. The purpose of the project is to combine Ukrainian recipes and modern techniques in order to create new traditions of Ukrainian cuisine. Borsch and salo in the restaurant are served only on the request of foreign guests, instead offering re-thoughtful traditional recipes from different regions of Ukraine.
