Fabbrica - Italian restaurant with Ukrainian products. One of the main principles here have the exclusive use of Ukrainian products, mostly local farmers. Certainly founders are aware that with such an approach will not achieve the authenticity of the taste of Italian dishes, and actually wanted more. From the beginning, the restaurant Fabbrica decided to experiment and offer new dishes on the intersection of culture cooking Italian cuisine and unique fresh local products.
